A tool for NHS health professionals working with problem children in families, allows them to keep track of what they have done, what ot do next, download standard forms then saving under clients once filled in.

Service provided: Took the client requirements and developed a system in PHP/Codeigniter, JavaScript/jQuery, particular attention has been paid to security.
